By creating an account, completing the questionnaire, or purchasing a report on 4everHome.App (“we,” “us,” or “the App”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

4everHome.App provides personalized city recommendations and related reports based on your questionnaire answers and publicly available data such as cost of living, climate, market trends, and voting patterns.

Reports are for informational purposes only. They are not financial, legal, tax, or real-estate advice. Data is approximate, may change over time, and should be independently verified before you make any decision to buy, sell, or relocate.

• You must provide a valid email address you control. Reports, receipts, and invitations are sent to the email address on your account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• Each account is for one person. Partners and group members must each create their own account.

• Reports are sold as one-time purchases at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
• Shared report prices depend on group size: couples (2 people), group of three, and group of four or more. The price is based on the number of people linked in your group at checkout. A couples or group report purchased by any linked member unlocks that report for everyone in the group.
• Paying for partners: you may pay for the individual report of some or all of the people completing the questionnaire with you. You must enter a valid email address for each person before payment. Each prepaid report is tied to the email entered and unlocks only when that person signs in with that exact address. Prepaid reports cannot be transferred, reassigned, or exchanged for a different email after payment.
• Prices may change at any time, but changes never affect purchases already completed.

You agree not to misuse the App. Abuse includes, but is not limited to:

• Creating multiple or fake accounts, or using another person's email address without permission.
• Sharing, reselling, or redistributing reports or account access.
• Entering email addresses for people who have not agreed to receive an invitation, or using the App to send spam.
• Attempting to bypass payment, filing fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks, or exploiting bugs or promotional features.
• Scraping, automated access, interfering with the App's security, or harassing other users or our partners.

If you choose to be connected with a real-estate agent or other professional, that professional is independent of 4everHome.App. We are not responsible for their services, advice, or conduct.

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4everHome.App is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions you make based on a report. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report involved.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the App after an update means you accept the revised terms.
